 Dubrovnik has an impressive, Medieval City Center, with huge city walls and gates. The city center is carefully restored after the homeland war in the beginning of the nineties. There are no cars allowed in the small town center and the houses are very old and close to each other between the giant city walls.
 Dubrovnik is een indrukwekkende, Middeleeuwse Stad, met een enorme stadsmuur en gigantische stadspoorten. Het oude centrum is zorgvuldig gerestaureerd, nadat de burgeroorlog, die begin jaren 90 in kroatië heeft gewoed, was afgelopen. Auto's zijn in dit kleine centrum niet toegestaan en de huizen zijn erg oud en staan volgepakt binnen de gigantische stadsmuren.
