 The Castle of Buda, or Várhegy, has a wonderful overview on the banks of the Danube river. This is the place where Budapest once was founded. From many spots in the city you can see this castle standing high on the rocky hill. In the evenings it is beautifully enlightened, just like many other buildings in the city. If there is one city that's good for practising nightphotography it must be Budapest.
 Het kasteel van Buda, ofwel Várhegy, kijkt prachtig uit over de oevers van de Donau. Hier is Budapest ooit ontstaan. Vanaf vele plekken in de stad zie je het kasteel hoog bovenop de rotsen staan. 's Avonds is het prachtig verlicht, net als veel andere gebouwen in de stad. Als er één stad is die zich uitstekend leent voor het oefenen van nachtfotografie is het Budapest wel.
