In the biggest Miao village in China, Basha, all men were dressed in their traditional hunting costume for a special occasion. Under the scarf on their head they hide the Miao coiffure of this region: short on the lower parts and long in the middle, often in a ponytail.
In het grootste Miao-dorp van China, Basha, waren de mannen voor een bijzondere gelegenheid allemaal gekleed in hun traditionele jaagkostuum. Onder de doek op hun hoofd zit het Miao kapsel van deze streek verstopt: rondom kort en in het midden lang, vaak in een staart.
