This boy came to the market in Kuqa with his grandfather, to buy pigeons. First we thought these birds were used by men in competitions, but later in Kashgar we saw them on the menu in each restaurant.

Deze jongen was samen met opa op de markt in Kuqa om duiven te kopen. Eerst dachten we dat de mannen hier er wedstrijden mee doen, maar later in Kashgar zagen we ze overal op de menukaart staan.
