Kol Ükök is a mountain lake only accessable by foot or on horseback from Kochkor. The shepards who live here in the summer months lead a simple life, in which everything is about their livestock. The landscape and also the lake itself are breathtakingly beautiful.

Kol Ükök is een bergmeer dat alleen lopend of te paard bereikbaar is vanuit Kochkor. De herders die er 's zomers leven leiden een eenvoudig bestaan, waarbij alles draait om hun vee. Het landschap en zeker het meer zelf zijn adembenemend mooi.
