This friendly, old Ifugao lady and a couple of his peers daily sit at the viewpoint, high above Banaue. They are too old to work in the fields, so they earn a bit of money for their families by posing for the camera.She aswered the question how old she really is by telling there was no registration in the time they were born, so none of these elders know their real age.
Deze vriendelijke, oude Ifugao dame zit elke dag, samen met een stel leeftijdgenoten, bij het uitzichtpunt hoog boven Banaue. Zij zijn te oud om op het land te werken en verdienen door te poseren voor foto's wat bij om hun familie financiëel te helpen.
Op de vraag hoe oud ze eigenlijk is antwoordde ze dat in hun tijd de geboortejaren niet werden bijgehouden. Geen van allen weten deze oudjes dus hoe oud ze echt zijn.
