To the Border > Chiang Khan
Just outside the village of Chiang Khan there were several stalls with products made of coconut. Many times there was a lady like this one, sitting next to the stall to open and clean fresh coconuts. The hard, woodlike shells were burnt on big piles.
In Chiang Khan stonden net buiten het dorp allemaal stalletjes met producten gemaakt van kokosnoot. Naast het stalletje zat dan veelal iemand zoals deze mevrouw de verse kokosnoten open te maken en schoon te maken. De harde, houtachtige buitenkanten werden op grote stapels verbrand.
