The Baima Si, also called White Horse Temple, is a wonderfully maintained complex in Luoyang and the oldest Buddhist temple in China. This stele, which is carried by a turtle with a dragon head, looked pretty good, despite its age.
De Baima Si, ook wel de White Horse Temple genoemd, is een prachtig onderhouden complex in Luoyang en de oudste Buddhistische tempel van China. Deze stèle, die gedragen wordt door een schildpad met drakenkop, zag er ondanks z'n leeftijd nog erg goed uit.
